Building Bridges for Life

Join Patriots United and many influential life and family organizations for our 3rd Annual Celebration of Life Unity Breakfast on Saturday, February 4th from 8:00 – 10:00 a.m.

Buy Tickets Online!

Our theme this year is “Building Bridges for Life.” During this uplifting and unifying breakfast program, we will focus on enhancing cooperation with and mutual support of those organizations and ministries that espouse the values we all hold dear; Life, Family, Prayer, Mercy, true Justice and Civic Duty. As we prefer one another, our communities will be enriched and our causes strengthened.

Our keynote speaker will be Shawn Carney, the Co-Founder of “40 Days for Life” and host of “Being Human.” Shawn is one of the youngest and most inspirational pro-life speakers in America today, and he’ll be joining us to share his contagious passion for strengthening families and celebrating life.

Also speaking will be Mr. Brian Burch, founder of CatholicVote.org, organized in 2008. He has been involved in politics and non-profit advocacy work for over 10 years. He has appeared on CNN, NBC-NY and has been published in the National Catholic Register, Crisis Magazine, Legatus Magazine and other publications. Mr. Burch is a graduate of the University of Dallas, is married to Sara Burch, is the father of six children, and resides in a suburb of Chicago.

CatholicVote.org is a lay movement, foremost, of committed Catholics who are passionate about living out the truths proclaimed by Christ and His Church in the modern world. CatholicVote.org is also a community of patriotic Americans who believe our nation’s founding principles are good and true and worth fighting for. Most of all CatholicVote.org believes in the dignity of the human person from conception until natural death, in the traditional definition of marriage as between one man and one woman and in religious freedom for all people. It also aspires to better apply the principle of subsidiarity in addressing the needs of our fellow citizens, that an authentic Catholic approach to truly helping the needy of our country is best achieved by encouraging private armies of charity, healthier marriages and families, and the flourishing of religion in our culture.

We will also be presenting the 2nd Henry Hyde Celebrating Life Achievement Award. Irene Napier of Right to Life of McHenry County, the awards first recipient, is leading the selection committee.
